Top up credit and two lines come out of it: what the AI consumes at cost and five cents for every conversation a customer opens. You watch both as they happen, not on an invoice at the end of the month.

  • AI usage

    At cost

    Chat, voice, dictation, and translation are billed by what the AI actually processed. You pay what it costs us, and each item gets its own line in the charts.

  • Opened conversation

    $0.05

    When a customer starts a new conversation, five cents come off the credit. Not per message and not per question. Three messages or thirty, the fee is the same.

You top up in advance and watch the spend as it happens, not at the end of the month on an invoice.

  • Per-seat fees

    The team can grow and adding a person costs nothing. The bill does not move.

  • Per-resolution rates

    A conversation costs the same whether the agent closes it or an operator finishes it. Whoever charges per resolution earns money when a conversation gets marked resolved. Nobody here has that incentive.

  • Setup and onboarding

    Reading your public pages at launch is on us. You see what the agent knows about your shop before you pay anything.
